Refunds Request During the Writing Process
When you place an order with us, we use your payment to pre-pay our writers to work on your request. Therefore, if you change your mind at any point during the article writing or review process, we can offer a 50% refund. In this case, you will still receive your article and have the option to request revisions. The completed article will be yours to use in any way you choose.
Refunds During the Publishing Process
Refunds requested during the publishing guest post process will be denied. We cannot stop the publication process, nor can we recover the costs of publishing an article. Please make sure to review your article thoroughly before approving it for publication. We make every effort to ensure your article is free of errors, but you should always check:
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Refunds should be approved or denied based on this policy within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Refunds will always be processed to the PayPal account, bank account, or card you used when making payments. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds to a different account.
